Optimizing Fleet Utilization

Lease models

Long Term Lease

We like to keep it simple. Our lease contracts are straight forward without unnecessary red tape. We offer tailor made and  fixed rate long term lease solutions for any duration required.

Short Term LeasE

In volatile markets the future is sometimes difficult to predict. Our short term lease model is a suitable solution to these ever changing markets. We aim to offer flexible contract terms which should provide a perfect fit to cover for temporary shortages, fluctuating capacity requirements and open ended projects.

Project Based Lease

Need one or multiple tanks to store access product during shutdowns, for temporary storage or other projects?

Do not want to be bothered by trucking, cleaning, repair and other operational necessities?

No lifting equipment available, tanks to remain on chassis or to be positioned on a drip tray?

Our all-in, one stop project based lease model is the ideal solution.

Lease to Own

We understand it is sometimes better to own than to lease. We therefor offer tailor made lease to own solutions which will not require hefty initial investments but will allow ownership over time

Services

Fleet Management

icon-Peacock-tank container-services-fleet-management-2.jpg

We have been successfully managing fleets of several oil majors and top 10 global chemical companies in different areas of the world.

Our fleet management program focuses on three services:

  • Advising you on equipment, product suitability, and improving sustainability within your tank fleet

  • Day to day operational support to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve safe working

  • Ad-hoc support in case of urgent requirements

Please feel free to contact any of our team members for further information.

Fleet & Supply Chain optimization

icon-Peacock-tank container-services-management.jpg

In recent years we have successfully assisted many of our customers in optimizing their supply chain. By sharing knowledge about the equipment and by using a broad network of operators, forwarders, depots and surveyors we can:

  • Reduce your carbon footprint and demurrage costs

  • Optimize your on-site logistics and equipment capacities

  • Increase your supply chain transparency and process efficiencies

  • Improve your turnaround times and safe working

Please feel free to contact any of our team members for further information

Off-hire Management Service & Equipment insurance

icon-Peacock-tank container-services-off-hire.jpg

Regardless of the period leased there will always be repair costs when the tank is returned to the depot for off-hire. Gaskets need to be replaced, the steam system has to be checked and damages need to be repaired up to an industry standard (ITCO) before the tank can be leased to the next customer.

However, as we understand that no one likes a surprise at the end we therefore:

  • Inform our customers about the off-hire process before the lease starts

  • Clearly state what costs are included and what costs are excluded (and have to be paid at off-hire)

  • Only work with reputable independent surveyors and repair depots to guarantee full transparency

To further lower your off-hire costs exposure we can offer our:

  • Off-hire management service which further increases transparency and offers a package tailor made to your business which is ideal for budgeting purposes

  • Unique equipment insurance which insures damages caused during the lease of the container caused by mishandling by shipping lines, rail operators or trucking companies

Please feel free to contact any of our team members for more information

Telematic Solutions

icon-Peacock-tank container-services-telematics.jpg

Tank containers with telematics can be located, monitored and controlled all round the world. With our smart telematics software you can allocate your transport real time. With a variety of sensors you can monitor and also control all kinds of specs like temperature and pressure.

  • Monitor location and logistics

  • Check and control specs

  • Loss or damage control

So take your tank telematics and your business, to the next level.

It is all about finding the right balance between the highest payload and maximum flexibility. This is a complex formula including road weight limitations, transport modalities used, specific gravities of the products and empty movement reduction. Peacock’s team is geared for these business cases and our fleet is tailored to offer the optimal tank needed. During the design and manufacture we focus on weights, operational efficiencies such as baffle plates, heating capacity, insulation value and safety features like ground operated handrails and airlines.
